[x] ETHNICITY_CONCEPT_ID Null, column is not nullable. Threshold = 0%
[x] BIRTH_DATETIME field of the PERSON table less than '18500101'. Threshold = 1%
[x] RACE_CONCEPT_ID field in the PERSON table that do not conform to the RACE domain. (Threshold=0%)
[x] NULL value in the GENDER_CONCEPT_ID of the PERSON that is considered not nullable. (Threshold=0%)
[x] NULL value in the YEAR_OF_BIRTH of the PERSON that is considered not nullable. (Threshold=0%)

@vasanthi014: Birth date is not available for about 8k patients but when I inner joined with encounter only 2200k doesn't have dob even then the names doesn't seem to be valid ones. Do you know if we are filtering test patients of OUTBACK?

I looked at this as well. We have 8900 patients with missing DOB in demographics. out of these only 1500 patients have encounters, 71 patients have diagnosis 18 patients have procedures and 20 patients have labs. Some of them might be real patients or patients from other clinics whose billing data we don't get or they might be test patients. Need to look at power chart millennium to see if we should keep them or not.

We do not filter out test patients.

These should all be fixed in deid omop person view.
