Can you also rerun omop data quality dashboard everytime you rerun achilles https://atlas-dev.nextgenbmi.umsystem.edu/atlas/dashboard/

fyi @Yaswitha-MU

shossain-mizzou commented 6 months ago

errors.zip @vasanthi014, There are errors in DQDashboard

Yaswitha-MU commented 6 months ago

@shossain-mizzou: Is this updated https://atlas-dev.nextgenbmi.umsystem.edu/atlas/dashboard/ with new results. I see only three fails in the zip we have only three DQ errors in OMOP then as per OHDSI?

shossain-mizzou commented 6 months ago

DQDashboard was not generated due to errors

Yaswitha-MU commented 6 months ago

I think I misread the ticket, we are talking about two other stuff. Sorry for the confusion

Yaswitha-MU commented 6 months ago

@vasanthi014: May I know when this will be fixed? I couldn't work on DQ.

vasanthi014 commented 6 months ago

I see that these 3 errors are not related to the data. since there are 0 num of violating rows from all the 3 error files. They all had same error "ignoring SIGPIPE signal"

@shossain-mizzou This looks like a R error. Does the DQDashborad finish running or is it halted due to this error or is it ignored.

shossain-mizzou commented 6 months ago

DQDashboard did not generate any results due to the errors

vasanthi014 commented 5 months ago

@shossain-mizzou In this tread you can see somw ways to ignore this error. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/28915838/piping-rscript-gives-error-after-output

I wonder why we didnt see this when you ran the query last time though.
