ATLAS ERROR: Issue with report generation in Atlas characterizations

@vasanthi014 : I tried to generate report and results for a cohort characterization as a trial. I am having difficulty generating those. The cohort characterization that I developed and tried is number "14_trial_patient with cognitive decline_mmi". Let me share below some screenshots that display what might possibly be the problem. For example, it says 'Access Denied' and then when I click on 'Generate', it takes a lot of time and finally did not generate any results. Please note I did follow Saber's instructions to sign-in in Atlas like connecting to Tiger-wifi and selecting "Local Security DB" for Sign In. Please see below the screenshots --

Also, please note that some of the previous cohort characterization is still able to provide results.

@mizq7 I see that you have the same permissions as me for create and run cohort characterization and I do not see this issue on my end.

Did you create this cohort characterization or are you trying to execute one created by others? Is this the case with all cohort characterizations you created?

This is happening for only newly created cohorts that I created. I do not have any problem of loading or access denied problem any more. But I am not getting any results or I am not being able to generate any report for newly defined cohorts. I did it with generating multiple cohorts -- all not generating any results. Not sure what's the problem.

I am able to generate results on my old characterizations and on anyone newly created. Not sure what we are missing. Can you try again, creating a simple characterization with few feature analyses only?

I can, however, see results/generate reports on cohorts created by others. I am trying with a new one now and will let you know.

@vasanthi014 : I just created a new cohort. cohort ID#49 titled "kidney_hypertension_patient_trial_mmi". This cohort has 62889 RC and 96274 DRC from MU CDM. When I tried to do characterization (characterization ID#18: kidney_hypertension_cohort_trial_mmi) with the following features selected.

and then click on 'Execution' and then run generate and then view latest results. It shows the following:

and then when I click on view latest results, it shows/come up with the following and says 0 reports:

I don't know what's wrong with my implementation. Any suggestions?

So now you are able to run/generate results/ but see 0 results. You have to go back and check on your cohort definition. I see that there are no results generated in your cohort definition as well. Please confirm that before creating a cohort characterization.
