Update module accuracy benchmarks

Description of Problem

Update the module vision algorithm accuracy benchmarks to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements

• [x] Update module in frame accuracy benchmark
• [x] Add benchmarks for module center, orientation, and region of interest
• [x] Accuracy benchmarks should be able to iterate over a directory and determine the percentage of successes
• [x] "Accuracy" may refer to the number of true/false returns or number of successful executions
• [x] Should create "list" of images and tests run successfully on them
