Updates for testing with .bag files

Description of Problem

Various updates need to be made to make it easier to use .bag files for testing vision algorithms.

Requirements

• [x] Make it possible to save frames from .bag files.
• [x] Able to iterate through a .bag file once rather than multiple times.
• [x] Implement way to use .bag files for benchmarks.
