What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open program
2. Click any option
The picture should just alter to match. Instead, some kind of graphical
overlaying occurs where multiple other wheels and menus form on top of the
initial wheel and make things unusable.
Using 20110107 on windows 7 64.
