Code was in stringable.xml twice causing RPT to spit out errors.
Syntax had a few errors. EG Addons/MRHSoldierTab/dialogs/videoChoiceMenu.hpp
Addons/MRHSoldierTab/dialogs/videoChoiceMenu.hpp
Addons/MRHHaloGear/cfghpp/cfgvehicles.hpp is still not perfect but is better then what it was.
