Add an "Under Construction" page or icon on the appointment button

After considering all options, we decided to release the app without the appointment form for now, just so that the clinic has something to use. This is because the appointment form needs more polishing, and will probably take longer. The main page is pretty much done at this point.

So, We will add an under construction logo, or something on the appointment buttons, and disable these buttons. redirect to the momandmeclinic.com/appointment will be met with an under construction page.

I think We can use main as the release branch, and for appointment form branching, we can put this under and main-appointment-form branch that stays alive. This branch will be used to PR new updates to the appointment form. once completed, we can merge the main-appointment-form branch to the main.
