created honeypot field to help deter bots. #7

also removed unused netlify form stuff.

instead of using recaptcha, we use honeypot instead. Recaptcha needs us to use client on the root application which kinda sucks, also it was a lot of work for something that isn't all too helpful.

after researching it seems like honeypotting fields was the better option for bot deterence.
