Adding in Parse.ly as a provider #222

This PR adds Parse.ly as a provider. It includes tests as detailed in the contributing readme.

Parse.ly is a widely-used content analytics provider: https://www.parse.ly/

Thanks for the pull! I meant to review if over the weekend, apologies on that. Let me review this week and get it merged in. I'll let you know if there are any changes, but at a quick glance it looks OK!

Looks good, thanks @jshhnsn for the contribution! It may take some time to get it rolled out due to the various browsers' extension store policies, but I'll get a new version request submitted later this week.
