I don't believe Android's Chrome has extensions. You may be able to use a 3rd party browser to get extensions.

Yeah, I can use your extension in Android's Firefox.

If I need to use chrome, it seems like I can consider 3rd party browser like 'yandex'.

hey dude, in FireFox, this extensions only use options.html to change the ip. There's a 'problem' here, the font-size is small.

I think change options.html can help me "fix it", bug it will change extensions's button popup-window content?

Hmm, let me play around with it. I think just setting a default font-size on the body would work, but would need some testing.
