secondsbetweensync = 0 cause crash #244

Hi,

Tested 2 psx games, Crash Team Racing and Tekken 3, both crash when i join a party, same result when i join myself.

The problem seems to be resolved with the new version.

EDIT: The client crash when secondsbetweensync = 0.
