No way to run PCE CD-ROMs #71

I think this issue may have been mentioned on the forum before, but it is currently not possible to run PC Engine CD-ROM games.

To run such a game you need 2 command line arguments, one for the systemcard; a PCE cartridge (-cart) and one for the CD game (-cdrom). Not all CD-ROMs use the same system card, making it even more complicated. It works fine using CSUME though.

I have tried to run the systemcard first through the lobby and then add the CD with the in-game File Manager (TAB menu), but it won't load. I asked MESS Dev and they told me that the functionality is not yet supported (except for PSX).

Great news! I actually found a work around for a lot of recent issues. You simply make an INI file with the name of the system and place it in the INI folder.

I will probably add this to the Wiki at some point. I have not yet tested this online. My guess is that both players would need the same INI file for it to work.

If you have custom inis, please add them to the github repo so others can use them.

Solved. PCE CDROMs now run properly with the added INIs.
