Some Arcade games are unplayable on Mamehub 2.07 but work in CSume #75

Trying to play TMNT (World), Turtles in Time (Arcade), and The Simpsons (arcade). The emulation was unplayable, the games load but the stutter is too much to be considered playable. Oddly enough though, the games run fine in CSume but not in Mamehub. So that's why I'm submitting this as a bug!

Thanks for the report. This is most likely related to issue #59

You can recognize the glitched games by looking at its log. It will spam FOUND NO MAP FOR ... thousands of time.
