Alarm devices create a UUID based on the mac address
Alarm devices can provide the raw mac address using internal state
Added tests for device UUID and mac addresses
Fixed some remaining py37 support issues
Version bump to 0.16.2

@shred86 I kept the alarm mac_address property, but I added code to convert it to a pseudo-UUID so that it matches the other devices having a UUID.

Coverage increased (+0.2%) to 79.59% when pulling e977e201f043610e4b84b45ea9abc3c3bd5f8589 on release/0.16.2 into 2f85486a4e2012ec2a662ab927592a42b8a53d44 on master.
