SMS not sending despite resetting SMSC #25

I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. SMS remains an issue despite suggestions to reset SMSC. I can receive but not send texts.

Update to the newest release https://github.com/MisterZtr/PixelOS_gsi/releases/tag/v2024.03.01. It should fix the issue.

I'm on the new build now. SMS remains broken.
