Fixes instances in the README where [[items]] was used instead of [[item]].

Hey, thanks for the PR!

This is intended. [[item]] is deprecated (but still works) starting from v0.5.1. The README docs match the sample configuration for the latest version.

I assume you use the AUR version. Thanks for the heads up, i'll go ahead and push an update to it.
