[Suggestion] [VM] Make originOS run on cloud

make it run somewhere up in the clouds

it would fix some things up:

1. way less RAM usage
2. less CPU usage, sometimes even GPU (apps use GPU to render and google renders on GPU so origin auto uses GPU in some way)
3. it can run on nokia (joke)
4. it still uses internet to run
5. can run on phone
6. no lag or crashes

7. ItsBetterOnCloudThanLocal

9. please
10. had to write 10 reasons to look more profesional. so um OriginVM looks cool name
