Encourage outside contributions #13

We should encourage people to use the model, report bugs, and make feature requests. We should set up rules for issues and PRs and probably create an issue template and update the README accordingly. Once a wiki is set up, we should make a decision, whether or not we allow contributions from outside MistraModel.

Closing this, as it seems unlikely to happen given the issues around authorship/licensing.
