.TFM to .IT #1

Hello; I need to convert some .tfm files into .IT. the only program I´d found is yours, but It always give me an error. I tried everything. May you help me? Just I need to convert about 12 files. May you help me? do you have and Email to contact? Mine is playonretro@gmail.com

The program requires three dlls (you should see a popup every time you try to load a .tfm specifying which). To avoid confusion, I'm posting below the program+dlls and an example .ftm file (thanks "branflakes" for the music).
