Notice from my UserGuide in Add command section:

''' Note: Two questions are the same if they have the same qns, ans and cat '''

This is because maybe I take the same networking course for example: one from NUS course name CS2131, one from Coursera it happens to be the same module name of CS2131. Both courses teach networking but different lecturer. One lecturer may give a different answer from another.

Because of this consideration, two questions are the same if they have the same qns, ans and cat

Note that the question you stated above has different answer.
