2 years ago Necessary/nice social safety features:
- Users must be able to block direct messages from another user
- Users must be able to report a specific direct message, and admins must be able to quickly view the context around said direct message.
- Admins should be able to read a direct message conversation regardless of whether a report was received or not
Remaining questions:
- Should admins be able to send messages in direct message conversations?
Being able to directly message another user could be good in case you want to communicate with them but don't want to do it via public comments.
