Fix incompatibility with MX HA + Classes #10

Possible fix for #4. Needs further testing.

Please use this link to deploy to Azure. The azuredeploy.json in Gist references the updated MerakiFunction.zip which is stored at AWS S3.

create new class Appliance, MX, and Interface
change code to use new classes
move get_whois_info() to helpers.py
remove get_mx_from_network_devices() from init.py
