Missing cunit for mingw #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
under windows XP environment
1. install mingw
2. install msys
3. make

What is the expected output? 
make with no error.

What do you see instead?
lib/private/plugin/cunit/Basic.h:36:19: CUnit.h: No such file or directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
solution: just simply copy lib\private\plugin\cunit\os\cygwin (or any other 
directory in os) to lib\private\plugin\cunit\os\mingw
