Installation instrucvtions included, though I had soem trouble figuring out 
which
packages i needed to compile in debian and also build the python code. 

In the end I added these:

libc6-dev linux-libc-dev libhttrack-dev python-dev swig

and that seemed to do the trick. I am not sure which ones are absolutely 
necessary.
