[BUG] Flippin Flickers #1456

Hello traveller, I've been playing Simply Magic modpack and just tried to build an automated tree farm using flickers. After several painful hours of googling and playing in creative I finally found out that the Arcane Compendium lied to me. It says that the felled oak focus does not need etherium and can be upgraded with a lightning and nature flickers. That is true, partially. The nature flicker (used for re-planting saplings as the Arcane Compendium and wiki says) is useless - it does nothing. All that is needed is etherium for the re-planting to work. The lightning flicker however works as said - reduces the OP time (and is needless if the etherium is provided).

So bug #1 -> the re-planting system does not work as in the book - nature flicker is not needed, etherium is.

While the tree farm fight was still going on (didn't know yet it was the etherium needed), I tried to use packed earth focus to plant the saplings since the way described in the book did not work. How was I surprised with the result. It actually worked, as you can see in the image.

Not only that the saplings were actually planted all across the land (randomly), they were even placed in the air and on a sand block replacing water !

Bug #2 -> the Flicker Focus: Packer Earth goes crazy with placing blocks. Firstly if should have some logic and not random placing, but that is just my opinion. Secondly it should check if the block can be placed there (no flying or deep diving saplings on the sand or oh wait, where did all my cacti go?). Thirdly the blocks ignore entities so if you are unlucky, you (or any mob) can be suffocated by it.

The version I am running is 1.4.0.009.

I think the Compendium needs to be looked over and several entries either re-written or removed entirely. It doesn't appear to have kept pace very well with updates.

Were those cacti being planted underground or something?

The cacti were filling holes in the 6x6x6 area (I believe that is the size, don't remember exactly), being placed next to another blocks (that would break all the cacti) and also placed into the water (replacing the water block) and on a non-sand blocks (that means cacti can never be placed there under normal circumstances).

The whole placing does not update any blocks so if I'd break just 1 block there (that would cause an update), all the cacti would break on their own since they can't be placed there.
