[1.4.0.009] Astral Barrier takes more Etherium than its possible to provide it #1509

When I fuel an Astarl Barrier with all 3 types of Etherium i can only provide it 150 Etherium (50 per type) per second but with an greater mana focus the astral barrier consumes more than 150 Etherium per second

In my environment, it can store 250 etherium of each type. It does use a massive amount of etherium, though. I managed to get one working with 5 obelisks.

Should note that charge and mana foci cannot be added to the barrier, although the slots are visible in the GUI and the inventory has 4 slots.

i mean that the astral barrier consumes more Etherium than im able to restore if it uses an greater mana focus. You can only restore a maximum of 50 Etherium per second of each Etherium type for the astral barrier but the astral barrier consumes more than 150 Etherium per second

@TheIcyOne The slots in the inventory are for runes, it's a keystone combination that would allow those with the correct key setup to teleport within the barrier's effect.

@N7shadow2000 you are correct that the block doesn't charge fast enough. The getChargeRate function should take into account the current level of the focus in it and adjust the charge rate accordingly.

Ah, I was misunderstanding the chat messages. I assumed the message "Can't find a place to blink forward to." from a failed blink was due to the Astral Barrier blocking it.
