Incorrect placement in hud bug

Describe the bug The Circle to the left of the mana bar is in a incorrect position when moving mana bar

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get the codex
2. Get a mana bar (Idk when this happens so it may be step 1 idk)
3. Move mana bar
4. The Circle is in a weird spot

Expected behavior It stays in the right spot
