Describe the bug
so my teammate is apart of the council faction. I am fae. they have set their conduits to public+faction+personal
but yet if I try to do anything with them they show as there being no eldrin power being supplied
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
setup disenchanter
have other person place eldrin condits with their power
try to disenchant
cry
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to disenchant my stuff to make my runic malus stronger

uhhh a whole modpack. the packwiz pack is avaliable at https://github.com/walksanatora/HexxyTestPack
but I do not think of any mods that would interfer with eldrin power
