replicated vias only show up after reopening file in 5.99_test #136

hey, I'm using Application: KiCad PCB Editor (32-bit)

Version: (5.99.0-11242-geff75b630f), release build

Libraries: wxWidgets 3.1.5 libcurl/7.74.0-DEV Schannel zlib/1.2.11

Platform: Windows 10 (build 19042), 64-bit edition, 64 bit, Little endian, wxMSW

Build Info: Date: Jul 2 2021 09:14:52 wxWidgets: 3.1.5 (wchar_t,STL containers) Boost: 1.75.0 OCC: 7.5.0 Curl: 7.74.0-DEV ngspice: 34 Compiler: Visual C++ 1928 without C++ ABI

Build settings: KICAD_USE_OCC=ON KICAD_SPICE=ON

with the Kicad_action_plugins 5.99_test branch

when replicating a layout the vias in the replication only show up after i reopen the design. \

I'm not shure wether this is a kicad or a action plugin issue.

This is a KiCad issue. For the time we're waiting for new Python API to appear, then I'll try to push for a solution
