Fix on 108 #150

This use the last released code on the KiCad plugin system

Missing some fix on the tracks. Most of the fix was convert coordinates to int and pcbnew.VECTOR2I

Firstly thanks for your contribution.

But, my plan is to archive this repo as soon as I publish SaveRestoreLayout plugin. So you should submit a PR to https://github.com/MitjaNemec/ReplicateLayout. I've created a branch for this (https://github.com/MitjaNemec/ReplicateLayout/tree/6.99_test). If I'll find the time I might even create a PCM release.
