Improvements to readme #23

Your amazing replicator plugin just saved me a ton of work!

In this PR I made some edits to the readme. I hope you like them!

Side note: To install the plugin on my Mac, I had to put its folder under /Applications/KiCad/kicad.app/Contents/SharedSupport/scripting. None of the other locations mentioned elsewhere worked. I think some users might appreciate if you added an "installation instructions" section somewhere in the readme.

Thanks for your contribution. I really appreciate it.

As for the side note, I really don't feel comfortable adding installation instructions as these should be covered in KiCad and I would be just duplicating them. With modifications, that I can not test. Both of which would add to the maintenance.

I'd recommend that you ask around on the forum.kicad.info, and if you don get anywhere raise a bug on bugs.launchpad.net/kicad/. A couple of active developers are on Mac so you should figure out why it did not work for you.
