place_footprints takes footprint with lowest reference designator as a starting point #45

It would be nice, if selected footprint would serve as a starting point and footprints with lower reference number would be placed in reverse sense (for linear and circular layout this is obvious, while matrix layout would require some thought)

Solved for linear and circular layout
