Added a grouping function #10

This simplifies handling of a restored piece of layout as it can now be moved as a single block. Furthermore it makes it easier to remove a restored piece of layout from a routed PCB as all members can be selected/deleted at once. So far grouping happens automatically at every restore. Maybe some users would prefer an opt-in/out for tick box? But it´s only one click to remove, so this has not been implemented yet.

I added a GUI option to set the group name on top of your code. Thanks for the idea and contribution.
