Error while tagging cloudfront resources during deepify deploy #388

Steps to reproduce:

Deploy a test application to "us-east-2" region
Wait until process is finished and execute "deepify list"

BUG:

There is an error during deepify deploy Error while tagging cloudfront resources: InvalidParameterException: Invocation of TagResources for this resource is not supported in this region
As a result application is successfully deployed but Cloudfront tags was not added
This affect deepify deploy and deepify list functionality
Cloudfront is not listed as provisioned service

Note:

Issue also is reproduced for "us-west-1","us-west-2","eu-west-1","eu-central-1","eu-west-2","ap-northeast-1","ap-south-1","sa-east-1" regions

Test Passed

There should no be errors with "tagging Cloudfrount resources" when deploying application to "us-east-2" region
