Copy code button incorrect margin #156

The top of the copy code button is too low as seen below. image

I suggest making top: 18px and right: 2px in https://github.com/Mitrichius/hugo-theme-anubis/blob/master/assets/css/main.css#L670 as seen below. image

This issue is present in the latest version of the theme
