Add the basic frontend (without slot-booking feature) #7

Add the same backend @Phantom707 and @abowtiekindofguy showed this week. Make any required changes to settings.py or other necessary files. But open pull requests, directing merging to the base branch, is not allowed.

And write proper descriptions in the PR regarding what you are doing, and write good commit messages. Each PR required 2 successful reviews to merge.

@Riyu44, Please update the frontend to the one we had previously. (For the MRBS website). Open a PR and mention this issue there. @abowtiekindofguy Your work was good, but since that frontend only had one extra form, so it's not as useful for us since it's very basic.

I believe the frontend template could be updated, using bootstrap and css but it could be done in the second drafts after deploying this version. @AryanGodara I believe we can close this issue now
