Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm looking to enhance user engagement and support by adding an AI chatbot that can handle common user inquiries, provide assistance, and offer guidance on our platform. It can be frustrating for users to wait for responses, especially during high-traffic periods.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to integrate an AI chatbot capable of answering frequently asked questions, assisting users in navigating the platform, and potentially escalating complex queries to human support. This chatbot should ideally have conversational capabilities, contextual understanding, and be available 24/7.

Describe alternatives you've considered A standard FAQ page or help documentation, though it lacks the interactivity of a chatbot. A manual live chat option with human support agents; however, this can be resource-intensive and may not be scalable for all hours.

Additional context The chatbot should be able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and could integrate with existing support tools or knowledge bases.
