feat: add auth_client fortniteNewSwitchGameClient #73

Add a Switch Console client. Taken from https://github.com/xMistt/DeviceAuthGenerator/

I don't know how to get the permission scheme so I'm not including it here. Hope that someone adds it to /docs/auth/permissions soon.

I originally removed this one from the repo because Epic were banning accounts from Fortnite that used this client. Not going to add it back for that reason, but thanks anyways.
