[BUG] DialogExample scene description box cannot be selected and dragged #679

Describe the bug

DialogExample scene description box cannot be selected and dragged

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to DialogExample scene
  2. Select and drag scene's description box
  3. See error the description box cannot be selected and dragged

Expected behavior

The scene's description box should be possible to select and drag as in other scenes.

Additional context

This was detected as part of manual testing for next release signoff.
