I had planned to make it capable of unpacking and repacking upk's. I don't have a lot of free me to work on it though. I will be pushing an update tomorrow that is cleaner and easier to work with.

I can try to do it. I have a few ways I wanted to test after working with Tera's GPK file. I'll see what I can work up over the month in my free time.
