How exactly do you link a granblue account for the bot to use, like what do you have to put for the arguments uid, ck and ua. Thanks.

This is obscure on purpose (although not hard to guess what it is), I don't want people to misuse those functions. Hence why it's undocumented. So, sorry, but I won't answer.
