Points outside north azimuthal 2D mars view #50

Go to mars' north pole, go to 2D and make visible the landing layer. Zoom out, some points are displayed outside the view.

It seem that there is not a good test for displaying points in PointSpriteRenderer.js (CSBound is inside)

In the current version, points are below the relief. The current scenario is : As user, I want to see the shape (points, polygon) above the relief en 3D/2D projection. The height of points according to the relief must take account of "elevation scale" (see configuration for WCS)
