dump_data.c giving wrong features on Ubuntu #8

I have run the preprocessing steps on MacOS and run the LPCNet training and everything was good and output waves are very clean. However, following the same steps on Ubuntu 16.04 produces wrong features. The output waves are very noisy. Any ideas why this happens?
