DB action gets NumberOfItem of rows from the WordLibrary table and stores the list in the cookie as an array for the next page to use

@esun366 for this task,

you must add more rows to the wordLibray for the grades. ex 100 rows for grade 1 without duplicate.
if the number of tests fir grade 1 is 10, you will select 10 words from 100 words in the WordLibray table where the grade is 1

SQL example is

SELECT column FROM table
  ORDER BY RAND()
   LIMIT 10
