using limit_by in a rebalance policy crashes the job master #40

If you try to make use of limit_by in a replication policy it crashes the 
replication job completely, with an obscure error message in the depths of the 
syslog. It would probably be handy if the rebalance test option in mogadm 
returned an error, or even that mogadm validated the policy for syntax issues.

ping? I need the exact error you saw (and the rebalance string you were 
attempting to run if you could).

the rebalance string included a limit_by=percent (which I then realised wasn't 
implemented). I'll dig out the log entries with the error in.

Hmm, attempting to reproduce this I now get the following, remarkably useful 
error message:
Oct 31 11:28:26 euterpe mogilefsd[23091]: crash log: policy size limits by 
percent are unimplemented at /usr/share/perl5/MogileFS/Worker/JobMaster.pm line 
232

If I can't reproduce the previous issue I'll just close this off.
