I have accidentally locked the bootloader on my redmi note 4x (mido) when I was flashing the official rom. Now I cannot unlock the bootloader, I am getting this error: miunlock tool

I used latest unlock tool but still getting the same error. :(

I don't remember if this is the phone is CN version or EU or Globel, I bought this a long time ago.

You donot need for miui, Login to your xiaomi account goto devloper option bind add account to unlock get official mi unlock tool

boot the mobile in fastboot mode apply via official mi unlock tool - it would show a wait period of 168 hours

after 170 hours again boot the mobile in fastboot mode apply via official mi unlock tool

Your mobile gets unlocked bootloader and all data is wiped out
