WINABSPATH only allows relative paths

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set your gallery folder outside the wp folder
2. Try to create a gallery

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to put a gallery in the specified folder,
not to try to creat a bunch of subfolders in my wp folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ngg 1.7.4 whit PHP 5.3.5-pl0-gentoo

Please provide any additional information below.
I fixed all concating whit WINABSPATH, to only happen if its a relative path.
I fixed permalinks to the image, as there is no direct URL
