error codes when trying to show the gallery preview when the preview image is deleted #471

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a gallery with images in it
2. Select one of the images as the preview image and save
3. Delete the image from the gallery with the delete option
4. Create an album
5. Add the gallery to the album
6. Insert the album short code in a page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you show that page I expect the album to show up with the gallery without 
thumbnail. However, loads of error messages occur when you have a delete image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.2
