use wp_include_url() in window.php #473

In admin/tinymce/window.php there are a bunch of includes pointing to the 
wp-includes folder.

It would be more correct to use wp_include_url()

I agree, I just keep my findings of bugs and enhancement in the bug tracker, so 
I don't loose them in the bigger picture
